The Prosecutor’s Office documented deliberate killings of civilians in the temporarily occupied Kherson region
In the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region, numerous instances of deliberate killings of civilians by Russians have been documented as part of the investigation into war crimes.
This was reported by the prosecutor’s office.
According to the agency, over the past year law enforcement identified an individual involved in the killing of one of the civilians. Two indictments against two individuals were also sent to court.
In addition, the court has already handed down one guilty verdict against one person.
Recall that in 2022 the military killed a resident of the settlement of Arkhanhelske in Kherson region after she refused to cooperate with the occupying authorities. The police are currently looking for witnesses to the incident.
